Who Can Benefit From The Stepmom Coach

Who I work with….

As a stepfamily/relationship coach, I can help you create and achieve the kind of stepfamily you want, to become a united and cohesive team. I work with:

  • Individuals and couples who have a child or children from a previous relationship, and;
  • Individuals and couples who are either living together, are married, or are planning to live together or get married.

Do you have any of the common feelings or complaints?

If you are involved in a steprelationship, you may find that you have one or more of the following common complaints or feelings:
  • I didn’t realize how hard it could be to raise someone else’s children. I have one of my own. How could it be so different?
  • I felt as if I was the servant around here: cooking, cleaning, driving, etc. Is this what being a stepmom is all about?
  • I’m feeling as if I’m in competition for my spouse’s time and affection every time the kids come over. I feel left out.
  • I have no one to turn to when things are difficult at home. No one understands just what I’m going through in this steprelationship.
  • As a kid, I feel torn between my stepdad and my real dad whom I see occasionally. Why do I have to choose?
  • It’s my graduation and I want both my mom and my stepmom there, but I’m so scared they will not get along and the event will be ruined. What should I do?
  • I feel as if I’m in the middle of every argument my wife and stepchildren have. I really would like for them to get along better.
  • I have no idea what to do anymore. I just can’t seem to cope with being a stepmom.

You are not alone!

Does any of this look like you? Have you ever asked yourself these questions and tried to find an answer? Have you ever wanted to just give up but didn’t because somehow, this relationship is worth working on? If so, then rest assured you are not alone.

There is help out there and there are ways to make your stepfamily a success. I can offer you an action-oriented program, designed for motivated and committed people, that will help you reach your goals in a short amount of time.
