As a stepmom, you know that it’s not always easy to raise someone else’s kids. It can be even harder if there is little to now support for you.

I created this video for you if you are a stepmom that’s finding it hard this week, to stay in the game of being a stepparent, of finding your place in this world that may not always recognize your worth or value that you bring into a child’s life.

It takes a lot of courage to be a stepmom, whether you have kids of your own or not, to take care of someone else’s children. Being courageous means to speak honestly and openly about who we are, about what we’re feeling and about our experiences (good or bad). It’s also finding a safe place to talk about what’s going on for us without fear of judgement or criticism.

Just know that you are not alone at a stepmom and that I see you as a courageous person.
